Inside Sales Representative
Location: BangaloreMode of Work: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualify leads and determine their potential.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products/services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite would be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
