Inside Sales Representative
Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work: Hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Qualify leads and determine their potential.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products/services.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite would be a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
